Role Data Analyst / Engineer:
- As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- The ideal candidate should have experience working with Power BI to visualize and communicate data effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in using Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical concepts, and data modeling.
- Design, optimize and streamline all data architecture to align with future Business Intelligence initiatives.
- Facilitate data architecture and design for business intelligence and automation initiatives sources using internal and external data,
- Develop a robust tool linking multiple data channels to monitor performance and develop leading indicators.
- Implemented rigorous controls to ensure accuracy of data.
- Identify and lead process improvement activities and disseminate summary reports and key findings to management.
- Develop presentations to provide updates to internal stakeholders and executive level management.
- Working knowledge or experience in one, or more, Big Data Technologies such as (Snowflake, Azure SQL DW, BigQuery, Cloudera, etc.). Strong preference for Azure experience.
- Strong exposure to other Microsoft Low/No-Code tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Analyze data using a variety of computational and data analysis methodologies to arrive at conclusions and to make recommendations to drive changes to policies, procedures, and specifications.
- Analyze business processes, fit-gap analysis, inefficiencies, and risks to determine appropriate process and system design.
- Serve as a technical analyst and manager for occupational safety projects.
